Mack Motorwerks began in 2019 with a shared passion for European performance vehicles and a commitment to doing things differently. What started with tuning BMWs on a dynamometer (dyno) soon grew into a full-service repair facility focused on quality, transparency, and customer care.

In 2020, we purchased our current Jacksonville facility to support continued growth and better serve the community. Upon arrival, we greet you in front of our shop. We’ll take a walk around your vehicle with you and get more information about your vehicle as we inspect your vehicle together and discuss its condition. We protect your car with seat covers and floor mats before beginning any work.

We prioritize transparent communication, keeping you updated via text on issues we find with your vehicle and recommendations. Work only proceeds with your approval, ensuring no surprises. Once repairs are complete, we notify you promptly, so you’re always informed.
